As Newley & Bricusse once wrote “It’s a dawn day, it’s a new day…”, and as we stand surveying the blank space that is 2018 in front of us, we at iAM Education are indeed feeling good about all that is to come in 2018.
The productive and collaborative work from the last year developing course offerings and continuing our range of educational research projects is ongoing this year and we look forward to widening the scope and reach of these, working with new educational partners in exciting new collaborative ventures.
The iAM Listening course ‘Rare Repertoire of the 20th Century’ is due to be released early on this year, and has attracted considerable interest already. It is a wide-ranging course where you can explore the many facets of the changing musical landscape from the late-Romantic onwards, whilst working on projects designed to suit your particular set of specialisms, whether as composer, arranger or music appreciator. More info HERE.
The iAM Publishing section will also soon be launched; a service to help composers and arrangers get started in selling their music, and with a better and more ethical deal. More details HERE.
And finally, as requested and due to demand, we’ve now launched one-off consultancy sessions with our tutors where you can submit work to one of our specialist tutors for appraisals and/or guidance and you’ll receive detailed feedback from your chosen tutor. This is an excellent way to start your learning journey, with support from a professional composer on the best next steps to take. More information can be found HERE, and if you have any questions, please contact us.
From all at iAM Education, we wish you all the very best for your creative endeavours in 2018!
